  • 1 cup rice, soaked for 2 hours
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • ~1-2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • ice, to taste
