Cheese and Nut Roll

   Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened goat cheese and 8 oz of softened cream cheese. Mash them together very well.

   Step 2: Add 1/2 cup of chopped pistachios, 1/2 cup of chopped almonds, 4 slices of crumbled bacon, 1/2 cup of chopped dried cranberries, and 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions to the cheese mixture. Mix well.

   Step 3: Taste the mixture to ensure it has the right flavor.

   Step 4: Place the mixture onto plastic wrap, roll it tightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

   Step 5: In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of jam, 1/4 cup of salsa macha, and 2 tbsp of minced chipotle in adobo. Mix well.

   Step 6: Once the cheese roll is chilled, slice it and serve with the jam and salsa macha mixture.
