Super Bowl Jalapeno Dip

   Broil 6 jalapenos until charred, then place them in a bowl, cover with aluminum foil, and let sit for 10 minutes.

   Cook 1 lb of bacon on a tray until crispy, then finely chop it.

   In a large bowl, combine 2 lbs of softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro (if using).

   Peel the charred skin off the jalapenos, finely chop them (seeds included), and add to the cream cheese mixture.

   Add 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 4 tbsp sour cream, and 1/2 tbsp salt to the mixture.

   Mix everything together by hand until well combined.

   Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and a few slices of jalapeno for garnish.

   Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 20 minutes.

   Broil for the last 2 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

    Crumble the reserved bacon on top before serving.
