1 Ingredients

  • 1 cup chapulines (toasted grasshoppers, already seasoned with salt and lime)
  • 1 large white onion, cut into medium dice
  • 1 large tomato, cut into medium dice
  • 1 chile de árbol, finely chopped (substitute fresh serrano if needed)
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • Salsa verde or salsa de molcajete, to serve
