  • 500g raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • Juice of 2 large limes (about 150ml)
  • 1 chile habanero
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 10g fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 50ml pineapple juice (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Corn tostadas or saltines to serve
