- 500g raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- Juice of 2 large limes (about 150ml)
- 1 chile habanero
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 10g fresh cilantro, chopped
- 50ml pineapple juice (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Corn tostadas or saltines to serve
