  • Juice of 8 limes
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 1 cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 chiles serranos, sliced into rounds
  • 3 sprigs cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Tostadas, to serve
