   Step 2: In the same pan, toast the peanuts, pistachios, and sesame seeds until fragrant.

   Step 3: Transfer the toasted chiles, garlic, onion, peanuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, olive oil, cilantro, and green onions to a food processor.
